Ledger unboxing notes are most useful when they preserve the order of what happened: box condition, accessory count, first screen, and app entry. A short, factual record gives the reader a stable reference before initialization or later review.
Record the box before items move
Start with the outer box, labels, and how the contents are placed. If a more detailed sequence is needed, the unboxing check keeps package review, accessory review, and device review in order.
Name each accessory in plain terms

Look at the first screen after the physical record
