Serial number and package label checks should be recorded as observed details, not as assumptions. Write down the label, package state, page view, and device context before starting or continuing setup.
Capture label details exactly

Compare packaging and page context

Keep device screen status separate

Store the record without private setup data
The final record can include photos, label text, page title, and device state. It should not include PINs, recovery phrase words, or private setup details.
