Out of scope

  • We do not represent Ledger for warranty or replacement decisions.
  • We do not handle device shipping or logistics on your behalf.
  • We do not handle recovery-phrase 'recovery' — technically impossible.
  • We never hold funds or sign transactions on users' behalf.

Safety reminder: Use only the official Ledger site and Ledger Live. Never type your recovery phrase or PIN into a webpage and never share them with anyone. Pause and verify the moment anything looks unusual.
