Serial and package detail review works best when each source of information is written down on its own. Label text, page view, package condition, and device screen should not be merged into one conclusion.

Write label text as a separate note
Record the visible label text, model wording, package position, and date exactly as observed. For a related comparison path, use the serial and packaging cross-check guide.
Keep page view and package text apart
If a page is used during the review, note the page title and the task shown on that page separately from the package label. The package-to-page comparison is explained in the package label comparison guide.
Add device screen status after the label review
The device screen belongs after label and page notes. Write whether the screen shows setup language, a connection prompt, or another clear state. This keeps package details and device state from being mixed.
Close the record with only observable details
The final record should contain label text, page view, package note, device screen, and date. For a wider verification reading path, see the new Ledger arrival check. Keep recovery phrase words and PINs out of the record.
