A pickup locker or pickup point adds one extra receiving step: the package is collected before it reaches the setup desk. Treat that step as its own note. Record where the package was collected, what contact detail was visible, and what the parcel looked like after collection.
Use the Pickup Point as the Record Anchor
Write down the pickup point type, collection time, and package handoff state. The point is not to judge the pickup method; it is to make the receiving record clear enough to review later.
Separate Contact Details From Device Checks
Contact details belong to the delivery note. Device screen, connection state, and account view belong to the setup note. The Ledger Secure Element basics can stay as a separate device-side reading reference after the receiving record is complete.
Photograph the Package After Collection
Take a package photo once the parcel is in hand, before opening it. If outside packaging will be kept for later reference, use the outer packaging record guide to keep the note concise.
Close the Locker Note Before Setup
Finish the pickup note with collection time, package state, and whether the box is unopened. When setup starts, move to the daily Ledger use flow so the delivery note does not become a device workflow.
